Last week was my one year anniversary of working for W. W. Norton. I wanted to reflect back on how much has changed in this year. Not only moving from one city to another, but personally and professionally. I find myself to be more confident than I was a year ago, confident in my work and discussing my work. Ready to offer the best solutions and to advocate for them. My skills at the craft of design have grown more modestly, but I am happy with this because talking about design is an important strength and I really needed to work on it.
